Customers rave about their dishes, with highlights including the enormous smash burger that is not only flavorful but also generously portioned. Renae Wallace, one satisfied diner, gushed about the mac and cheese that pairs perfectly with the burger, bringing a creamy indulgence to every bite. The wings are another must-try, acclaimed for their crispy texture and hearty meat portions, all bursting with flavor.
The beverage selection enhances the experience, featuring over eight beers on tap alongside excellent non-alcoholic drink options. Whether you’re sharing a round with friends or looking for something refreshing to accompany your meal, there’s something for everyone.
The service at Pinhouse Social receives high praise; patrons commend the staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. As Kelly Leach noted, gestures of kindness, like lending a phone charger, amplify the warm, welcoming vibe of this vibrant establishment.
For those concerned about noise levels, while the atmosphere can get lively, it remains conducive for laughter and conversation—ideal for creating lasting memories with friends or family. Heather Cruse mentions that the spot is kid-friendly, making it a suitable outing for all ages while primarily catering to adults.

“ Really nice workers, just needed about triple the help. Great variety of typical bar foods with fun twists. Highly recommend the fries & playing all the games around the bar. Kid friendly, but mostly adults. ”
“ Nice change of bar style for Fort Wayne. The lower level is pretty loud with all the pin games going. Draft beers weren't available yet. The 2nd level with the simulators has draft. They are the bottom fill glasses unfortunately. The smash burger was fresh but pretty basic. The enchiladas were super sweet and room temp when they came out. Service is spotty but probably related to being new. The 3rd level is a really large modern rental venue. ”
“ This is such a great addition to the growing Fort Wayne downtown offerings. The food is DELICIOUS and reasonably priced. Haven't played duckpin yet but it's cool to see it here. The atmosphere is nice and I enjoyed sitting at the bar for a few hours. Please go and support this business I'd hate to see it flop. ”
“ The food was hot, delicious, and served quickly! Reasonably priced for how much food you get. The smash burger is humongous and the Mac n cheese is so creamy and filling, I added it on my burger! The wings were crispy, large meat portions, and filled with flavor! Our server was the sweetest and the atmosphere was great! We played their FREE cornhole after we ate! Definitely going back! ”
“ Just checked it out. This is a four floor entertainment center housing multiple games including Duck bowling kind of like Boccie on a table, some very cool simulators for golf, darts via a T ball stand, and some other games on the big screen. Did not eat or play but it sure looks like fun. Priced for small groups so bring friends. ”
“ We came in for date night and it was fairly busy. We waited at the bar and ordered drinks. The menu on the bowling floor is not the same as the one on the golf floor. Honestly that was kind of annoying because you cant get the same drinks. The wait staff was nice but did not seem to know what they were doing when we wanted to bowl. It's $40 an hour to bowl and most of the drinks on the menu and over $10. The fries were realy good. We ordered them loaded but waitress said we didn't and also never brought my last drink over. They do have a corn hole area, pinball machine ($1 a game), and one dart board on this level. It is very loud as well. Overall it was a good time. I would definitely come back. ”
“ Pinhouse Social offers a fun atmosphere perfect for a night out. With over 8 beers on tap and excellent non-alcoholic drink options, there’s something for everyone. The customer service is top-notch, and a special shout out to Kyle for going above and beyond by lending me a phone charger when I needed it. Highly recommend! Just a quick note that the bowling does get loud. Not too loud that you can’t hear your friends talking though. ”
“ The food is amazing! The duckpin bowling is so much fun. It's great that you get eat and play at the same time. You can just see everyone having a good time. Although sometimes the food can be too good and you'll get distracted by the deliciousness and forget about the bowling completely. ”
